Will you pay for me to get my insurance license?
All new employees are subject to a training period of 60 days. Study materials & licensing costs will be covered by our agency upon completion of your trial period. This is to ensure both the agency & yourself find it to be a great fit! All licensing costs will be paid for once your in-office & system training has been completed and a full-time position is accepted. Reimbursement of licensing costs & materials is subject to reimbursement based on written criteria. This is subject to change as management sees fit.
Will I get paid for training?
Our team is committed to your success. You will be paid for your training & studying during our office business hours. As you are onboarding, additional software & system training will be provided to ensure your success with our process and procedures. Training development is crucial to your success as an insurance agent.
Do I have to pass my license in a certain timeframe?
A process and timeline have been set up for you. We want you to succeed at our agency. With that in mind, a training period is created to ensure success for all our team members.
